Imagine this: you’re celebrating your birthday with 30 guests at An Choi.
The evening begins in a relaxed atmosphere with an aperitif reception – our Dragon Breath cocktail instantly becomes a conversation starter: Roku Gin, homemade chili dragon fruit syrup, pineapple and lime juice, perfectly balanced and impressively served.
As your guests arrive, a flying buffet with our homemade Asian tapas is served:
Japanese-style chicken wings, crispy chicken karaage, freshly folded gyoza and light goi cuon chay – perfect for sharing, tasting and settling in.
In the next course, generous sushi platters are served for everyone: Rainbow Futo Maki, soft shell crab rolls and Surf & Turf – freshly prepared, colorful and meant to be enjoyed as a shared experience.
Later on, the atmosphere becomes even more convivial: a Surf & Turf hot pot takes center stage, accompanied by our selected house wines.
As the mood rises, a DJ sets the soundtrack for the night. Cocktails are flowing, conversations grow louder – and for a sweet finale, we serve a dessert flying buffet with coconut-filled sticky rice balls, matcha ice cream and sesame sticky rice balls with red bean paste.
